2015: Award Ökoprofit
On November 9th 2015, the IKDG was awarded with the ÖKOPROFIT certificate.
ÖKOPROFIT stands for "Ecological Project for integrated environmental technology" and is a cooperation project between municipalities and local companies to improve sustainability and energy efficiency. The IKDG was certified to have successfully established an environmental management system which will save about 10.000€/a by, for example, optimization of heating, uprades of the lightning.
